Return Policy
Golden Garb gladly accepts returns on denim shorts or jeans (non-clearanced) only, within 30 days of original purchase. All other sales final.

Order cancellations are not allowed.

The following items cannot be returned:
  • All clothing tops (t-shirts, tanks, jackets, coats, etc.)

  • Skirts & dresses

  • Shorts & pants (non-denim)

  • Shoes (sneakers, boots, sandals)

  • Accessories (belts, jewelry, bags, sunglasses)

  • Bathing suits

  • Lingerie

  • Clearance items

  • Custom or personalized orders



If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, neither a refund or exchange can be offered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it (with tags).


Please email to start a return. Do NOT mail back to the original return address, as it may not get delivered. Receipt or proof of purchase will be required with your return package.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
If your return is approved (according to the above guidelines) and accepted, a refund will be initiated, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (depending on your bank).

If you haven’t received a refund, be sure to double-check your bank account to assure that it has not been processed. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is processed.

Golden Garb does not accept or process exchanges. You are welcome to repurchase a different item before or after you return an unwanted item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. All shipping costs (to/from buyer) are non-refundable. If you are eligible for a refund, the cost of the original, as well as return shipping, will not be included in your refund.

If you are shipping an item or order over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that the returned item will be received (once it is shipped, it is out of both of our hands until it reaches its destination), and a tracking number provides proof that it was sent.



Orders $75 or over to U.S. addresses will ship free of charge.

We ship orders out twice a week. You should expect to receive your order within the following number of days once it has been shipped:


2-5 business days (U.S. orders)

7-21 days (International orders)

When your order ships, it will be updated with a tracking number, and you will receive an email update with this information. International items are usually only tracked until they leave the U.S.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is calculated (based on both the weight of total items and the destination country).

If an order is being shipped outside of the United States, you may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. Customs policies vary from country to country. If you have any questions, it is encouraged that you contact your local customs office for more information.
